Intro to mountain biking on e-bike

e-Mountain biking
Registration Open March 1st

This 3 hours clinic is for women who have little or no experience on a mountain bike/e-bike and would like to learn the fundamentals of riding an e-bike in a fun, safe, professional, and supportive environment.

This 3 hours clinic will start with basic information about the e-bike itself, to help your understanding of the bike. Follow by a break down of mountain bike skills in an open field and we will hit the trails to go practice what we’ve learned.

This clinic is the perfect way to get into mountain biking, improve your skills, to be more confident on your bike, and have fun with your new Shred Sisters friends!

Testimonial

Outstanding experience! Am more confident, and more importantly, inspired !

Our knowledgeable instructor was concise and thorough in all instructions, verbal as well as demonstrating it. For a total beginner at this sport I appreciated the logical build up of concept upon concept to get us to the point of climbing and descending our first trails – more or less successfully. I feel I’ve gained a lot of basic understanding (with a tad of confidence!) in just a few hours. Now, it’ll be about practising and applying these concepts 🙂 Great intro course!

I loved my course with shred sisters. Audrey is an amazing teacher! She explains things clearly and effectively, giving you the tools to take your riding to the next level. You just may be surprised at what you can do…I was, and am having all the more fun because of it!
