Join a Mother and her Daughter to celebrate mother day’s with Jessica Pyper & Louise Blais. Start with a sweet morning of yoga followed by riding on Golden, BC bike trails and a delicious healthy lunch.
This one day retreat is designed to teach you mindfulness, dropping you into your ‘zen zone’ while exploring aspects of yoga poses and breathing techniques to elevate your riding on and off the trails. You will experience yoga on the mat for pre-ride warm-up, optimal recovery, core power activation, posture and improved stamina and endurance. The yoga session is followed by a guided ride that would challenge you to improve your mountain bike skills, groups will be split in two groups depending of your experience. To top of the day will gather for a lunch.
