Spend your Sunday with Jessica Pyper – Yoga and Bike Instructor for a sweet morning of yoga, wellness and shredding on Golden, BC bike trails.
This workshop is designed to teach you mindfulness, dropping you into your ‘zen zone’ while exploring aspects of yoga poses and breathing techniques to elevate your riding on and off the trails. You will experience yoga on the mat for pre-ride warm-up, optimal recovery, core power activation, posture and improved stamina and endurance. The yoga session is followed by a guided ride that would challenge you to improve your mountain bike skills.
