I took the 5 week Canmore Intermediate Course in June and it was wonderful! Lessons were on specific skills and even lesson notes are emailed to group members afterwards. I would highly suggest it!
It’s been 2 months since I have completed Shred Sisters 5-week Intermediate Mountain Bike Course with Audrey in Canmore. I have been exploring new and more advance trails, since then, trails like PVJP, JP-Cox Hill, RoS, Prospector, just to name a few. Every time I approach tight switchbacks, I could here Audrey’s voice in my head, calling out “elbow out”, “look ahead” ?. During the course, I “mastered” the one-finger braking…no more locking the rear brake and skidding while descending on tight switchbacks and corners! I’m so glad I took the course. I now have the skills I need to ride steeper and more challenging trails (that I used to avoid riding or push my bike on the downhill ???). Thank you Audrey! You are an amazing teacher!
