I signed up for Shred Sisters beginner course with the hopes of gaining the confidence to downhill bike but I have... gotten so much more from it. Going back to basics and learning proper techniques has been incredibly beneficial for me (and my bike!) The foundation has been re-built giving me far more control. My confidence has skyrocketed I am overjoyed to take my new found skills to the trail.

There is no need to be intimidated. This course is designed by women, for woman and every bit of it has been broken down so you get everything out of this you could possibly want. I did an intermediate weekend course with Shred Sisters in Bragg Creek and it was a great consolidation of skills that... you need for those true blue/soft black trails! I learned a couple of game changing skills and refined other techniques that I've been working on. The instruction was very clear and included tips on maintenance and safety. Also - so much fun!
