Start your mountain biking season with Strength, Skills and Sass!
Experience the perfect trip by refining your mountain bike skills on Invermere’s famous bikes trails by joining certified Mountain Bike Instructors Audrey Duval and local Becca Wright for a weekend of Mountain Biking, Invermere BC. In two days you will learn everything from simple bike mechanic to strategic biking skills. Participate in professionally lead yoga classes, indulge in excellent food, and end the day in the hot tub or by the bonfire.
This weekend is for Experience Beginner and Intermediate who wishes to improve their skills and find new confidence, new trails, and new biking friends! The perfect way to get your season started.

What Does the Getaway Include?
Our Workshop Includes:

- 2 nights in Invermere at the Friesian funky barn
- 6 delicious meals; 2 Breakfast, 2 Dinner & 2 Lunches cook by Katie
- 2 days of instructional riding and skills improvement + Friday Ride
- Yoga sessions to stretch your sore muscles and prevent injury
- 101 Bike Mechanical session
- 6:1 Student to instructor ratio

Cost:
-  Double Occupancy: $725 + GST Early Bird until February 15th
- Â Single Occupancy: $850+ GST Early Bird until February 15th
- Add $100 if register after February 15th
Double Occupancy is either bunk bed style or two separate beds. Even thought it’s a more rustic style accommodation bed are extremely comfortable and the place is spotless, the horses stay outside. More details here.

- 9:30am-12pm: Skill Development
- Bike Ride: 1-4pm

- Relax Time + Bonfire
Sunday
- Yoga: 7:30-8:30am
- Breakfast: 8:30-9:30am
- Skills Development on & off Trails: 10am- 4pm
