When did you first start riding and how did you get into it?
I did my first triathlon back in 2007 near my hometown in Ontario and was hooked on the sport instantly. When I moved to Panorama in 2013, I discovered that mountain biking was WAY more fun than grinding it out on the road day after day, so I started doing some off-road triathlons and have loved the adventure and challenge of building my mountain biking skills over the last few years. And I’m now proud to say I spend a lot more time on the trails than the road!
Where do you call home?
Panorama, BC
What’s the best thing about mtb for you?
The freedom you have to explore nature and see beautiful places while still challenging yourself to try new things and push your limits.Â
How long have you been coaching?
I coached skiing throughout high school and university and am a CSIA Level 2 instructor. After taking a break from coaching for a few years I am stoked to be joining Shred Sisters to spread the MTB love.   Â

Rocky Mountain ThunderboltÂ
Favourite trail?
There are too many good ones to pick!! But my favourite local trail is probably South Park at Mt. Swansea, so fun and flowy.Â
