Why You’ll Love This Course
The program will include a brief session on a green field followed by practical on-trail techniques. The afternoon will feature more trail riding with a intensified focus on improving your descending and cornering skills.
Skills & Fitness Level Required
- Your bike should have disc brakes, in good working condition that were serviced within the past year, and ideally dual suspension.
Intermediate: You are a capable rider with a fair amount of experience on a mountain bike and/or have taken a course or two before. Would recommend it to anyone!
I haven’t been on a mountain bike for several years. Taking the intermediate course has helped provide me with the tools and techniques to ride trails that I would once never even think of riding. Audrey was extremely encouraging and helpful throughout the duration of the program and took the time to help and provide feedback to every rider in the group. I have been already talking to friends about the program and would recommend it to anyone at any level who is looking to improve their riding skills. Thanks!
