Shred Sisters Jump Course

Testimonial

Dayna Vroom, Shred Sisters Coach

Would recommend it to anyone!

Suzanne was awesome! Super knowledgeable and gave clear instructions and tips. After leaving a skill watching it back on video was really helpful to see and get feedback on how to improve. Every Shred Sisters course I’ve taken has been amazing, highly recommend!

If you want to be a bad-ass confident bitch on the trails, shred sisters is the course for you. I took my first class being to afraid to cross gravel on my bike and now I love the fact that I can keep up with my boyfriend and love ripping down the hills and having fun playing on my bike.
It’s always fun joining Shred Sisters classes! I’ve doing courses every couple years and progressing each time! The coaches are very knowlegdable and fun to ride with. The new bike park in Golden is the ultimate learning environment.
This was a fantastic evening. I was super nervous at the beginning because jumping and drops have always been terrifying for me. I was even planning ahead of time how I could sneak out with some excuse when the drops got higher. But over the course of the evening, I was so engaged in learning the techniques, that I actually forgot to be scared. And trust me, that is a BIG deal for me!
